摘要
军事科技人力资源的价值是指投入军事部门,用于军事目的的科技人力资源的价值。本文认为军事科技人力资源价值具有计量的复杂性、效用的增值性和补偿的延后性等特征,提出实行产出法与成本法相结合、生命周期与收入周期相结合和货币计量与非货币计量相结合的军事科技人力资源价值计量思路。
Military technical human resource value points out the value of human resources which are devoted to military department for military intention.This paper points out that it has several characters,such as complexity to measure,increment of valiance,compensatory lag and so on,and puts forward a way to measure military technical human resources value,which combines output and cost,lifecycle and earning cycle,currency measurement and non-currency measurement.
