摘要
附赠式有奖销售是一种有效的营销手段,但其消极作用日益突显。我国法律法规并没有做出具体的规定。为了维护消费者权益,维护和促进有效竞争,增强现行法律的协同效应,应当对附赠式有奖销售进行有效的法律规制。
English abstract Premium Sales is an effective marketing tool,but it is also increasingly highlight the negative effects.China’s laws and regu-lations have not made the specific regulation.In order to safeguard the interests of consumers,defend and promote effective competition and enhance the synergy of existing law,we ought to make an effective system of legal regulation.
