摘要
民间融资在推动经济增长,特别是在缓解中小企业融资难,促进中小企业发展方面发挥了积极作用,但是,近几年,民间融资的无序发展引发了大量负面影响。我国目前尚未有一部法律明确民间融资行为的法律地位。建立和完善符合我国国情的民间融资法律体系,是规范发展民间融资的制度保障,也是当前促使民间融资健康有序发展的迫切需要。
Private financing play a positive role in the development of economic growth,particularly in alleviating the financing of SMEs,and promoting the SMEs’ development.But,in recent years,the haphazard development of private financing brings in substantial negative impact.China is not yet having a law to clear the legal status of private financing behavior.It’s the system security to regulate the development of private financing and the urgent need to urge the private financing developed healthy and orderly,to establish and improve the legal system of private financing that consistent with our national conditions.
