摘要
实施"走出去"战略是对外开放的新层次,对加快河南经济发展具有重要作用。河南企业"走出去"保持了较快的增长速度,涉及的市场范围宽广,也形成了较大的企业集团。但在发展过程中也存在着思念观念保守、资金短缺、人才缺乏以及信息渠道不畅的问题。因此,河南应在对外工程承包、对外直接投资以及对外劳务合作方面采取相应的对策。
Implementation of the ＂going global＂ stra tegy is new levels to opening and plays an important role in economic development of Henan.In process of ＂going global＂,enterprises maintain fast growth,refer to wide market and form large enterprise groups.But there are some problems in process of development： conservative ideas,shortage of capital,talent and information.Therefore,the relevant departments should adopt corresponding countermeasures in foreign contracted projects,foreign direct investment and foreign labor cooperation.
