摘要
目的:观察UVA/UVB联合照射治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法:我科采用上海希格玛公司生产的紫外线光疗仪SS-03A,行UVA/UVB联合照射治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎132例。结果:治愈127例,显效5例。不良反应主要表现为照射部位出现皮肤轻度红斑、脱屑,有轻度瘙痒、辣痛感及色素沉着。结论:UVA/UVB联合照射治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效好、不良反应少、患者易于接受。
Objective： To observe the UVA / UVB light therapy combined Malassezia folliculitis of the efficacy and safety. Methods： We produced by Shanghai Sigma UV phototherapy instrument SS-03A line of UVA / UVB combined radiation therapy of 132 cases of Malassezia folliculitis. Results： 127 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, improved 0,0 ineffective. The main side effects of skin irradiated sites showed mild erythema, scaling,mild itching, hot pain, and pigmentation. Conclusion： UVA / UVB combined radiation therapy is effective and Malassezia follieulitis, adverse reactions less easily accepted by patients.
