摘要
为了构建一个通用的植物根系三维仿真模型,根据已有研究的植物根系生长特性,采用几何构造模型的方法描述植物根系的拓扑结构和几何结构,并通过统计分析,研究植物根系生长随机性存在的规律,提出了基于正态分布结合植物根系特征参数均值构造根系模型生长因子的建模方法。通过对模型的模拟仿真,验证了该方法构建通用的植物根系三维模型的合理性和有效性。
In order to build a common 3D model of plant root systems,according to the study of plant root systems growth,geometrical modeling was used to describe the topological and geometrical structures of plant root systems.Through statistical analysis,the randomness of the growth of plant root systems is studied.The 3D modeling method is proposed based on the normal distribution and the average characteristic parameters of root to produce the growth factor.Simulation examples prove the validity and the feasibility of the approach of constructuring common 3D model.
