CD147在肿瘤血管生成中的作用 被引量：3

摘要 Biswas首次发现CD147并命名为肿瘤细胞介导的胶原酶启动因子（TCSF），可表达于肿瘤细胞表面，启动邻近成纤维细胞产生基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）。由于CD147能够诱导细胞外MMP的产生，因此也被称为细胞外MMP诱导因子（EMMPRIN）。
