血清中胰岛素样生长因子系统与早期自然流产相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨血清中胰岛素样生长因子系统(IGFs)与早期自然流产的关系。方法采用酶联免疫法检测48例健康早孕妇女(对照组)和39例早期自然流产患者(流产组)血清中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)水平。结果流产组血清中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-1浓度依次为(120±13.0)、(115±12.5)和(46±4.2)μg/L,对照组中依次为(186±12.5)、(178±13.0)和(98±12.3)μg/L。两组比较,流产组检测结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中IGFs中IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ和IGFBP-1低水平表达与胚胎发育不良及流产发生密切相关。 Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin like growth factor system and early spontaneous abortion. Methods Serum IGF-Ⅰ ,IGF- Ⅱ and IGFBP 1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 48 normal early pregnant women(control group)and 39 patients with early spontaneous abortion(abortion group). Results The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ ,IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP-1 were (120±13.0) ,(115±12.5) and(46±4.2)μg/L respectively in abortions group,and were (186±12.5) ,(178 ± 13.0) and (98±12.3)μg/L respectively in control group. There were significant difference of the levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ ,IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP -1 between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The low expression levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ ,IGF- Ⅱ and IGFBP 1,which are included in insulin-like growth factor system,are related: to embryo maldevelopment and abortion.
