摘要
经检测,臭氧对位于深层检验单表面细菌的杀灭作用较差,但当检验单上污染细菌总数为7~14cfu/cm2(包括真菌),并按≤3张一叠放于消毒器中,在温度为24℃,相对湿度为88%的条件下熏蒸消毒30min(臭氧浓度达0434mg/L),即未再检出细菌。
Examination indicated that the efficacy of ozone in killing the bacterial on surface of the report sheet located at the deep layer was low, but when the total number of bacteria contaminating the report sheets was 714 cfu/cm2 (including fungi) and the piles consisting of 3 or less than 3 report sheets were disinfected in disinfector by fumigation at a temperature of 24 and relative humidity of 85% for 30 min (the ozone concentration attained 0434 mg/L), bacteria were no longer detected.
