摘要
为提高武器系统的故障诊断与维修水平,在模拟器中应该依据电路特点通过故障分析建立故障诊断与维修数据库,然后在此基础上进行故障设置。介绍了故障分析的原理以及数据库的组成,并且举例说明了2类故障的设置方法,为武器系统测试与维修的训练提供了新的方向。经实际使用,该模拟器具有良好的应用前景和显著的军事效益。
To improve the level of fault diagnosis and maintenance for weapon systems, a fault diagnosis and maintenance database is built in simulator through fault analysis according to circuit characteristics. Then, fault setting is made on the basis of fault-base. The principle of fault analysis and the content of database are introduced here and the fault setting methods of two types of fault are presented also with examples, which provide a new way of fault diagnosis and maintenance for weapon systems. This simulator has good application foreground and notable military benefit in practical use.
