摘要
以我国铁路西煤东运战略为起点,文章阐述了开行万吨重载单元列车途中环节的关键问题,对监控模式、线路条件、车辆特点、操作标准等限制因素进行了探究,提出了"定方案、抓环节、细掌握"的操纵应对策略。
The paper starts with China＇s ＂Western Coal Eastwards Transported＂ strategy,discusses the key problems that may occur in transit when running 10,000-ton heavy-load unit train and explores a series of limiting factors such as monitor mode,line condition,vehicles＇ characteristic and operating standards.It also proposes a coping strategy which is ＂Establish schemes,Stress links and Master details＂.
