以苯扎溴铵与甲硝唑以及戊二醛与苯扎溴铵两种二成分复方消毒剂为例,用导数分光光度法测定其主要杀菌成分苯扎溴铵与戊二醛的浓度,其结果较紫外分光光度法更接近于化学滴定法测定者。
The principle of derivative ultraviolet
spectrophotometry is that the first derivative of the absorption value of chemical substance at
the ultraviolet wavelength where its characteristic absorption peak appears is zero. For
measuring the absorption value of compound disinfectant containing two ingredients at the
ultraviolet wavelength where the adjuvant ingredient shows characteristic absorption peak, first
derivative is taken to eliminate the influence of the adjuvant ingredient, so that the absorption
value of the main ingredient can be obtained. This method was used to measure the
concentration of bromogeramine in compound disinfectant solution containing metronidazole at
229 nm wavelength where metronidazole shows characteristic absorption peak and to measure
the concentration of glutaraldehyde in compound disinfectant solution containing
bromogeramine at 256 nm wavelength where bromogeramine shows characteritsic absorption
peak. When the concentration of bromogeramine in the former case was 1632 g/ml and the
concentration of glutaraldehyde in the latter case was 4000 g/ml, the relative standard deviation
of the measured result was 461%. The concentrations measured were not different significantly
from those measured by chemical titration method.
