摘要
所试臭氧消毒机平均每分钟产生臭氧150~162mg。对染有大肠杆菌或金黄色葡萄球菌的水,分别开机通臭氧5min与10min,杀灭率均达100%;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用30min,仅杀灭8123%。开机通入臭氧作用15min,对浸于水中的苹果、菠菜表面自然菌杀灭率可达949%以上。于18m3无人室内开机送入臭氧15min,能使空气细菌总数减少8383%。
TT-100-Type Ozon Disinfector generates ozone 150162 mg/min in average. The killing rates of
Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in artificially contaminated water were 100% after
introduction of ozone generated by operation of the disinfector for 5 min and 10 min into the
water respectively. The killig rate of Bacillus subtilis var. niger WTBZspores in water was only
8123% after introduction of ozone for 30 min. Immersion of bacteria carriers made by different
materials and contaminated with E. coli or S. aureus in water which was then treated with
introduction of ozone for 15 min killed more than 999% of the bacteria on surfaces of aluminum
and glass carriers and less than 999% of the bacteria on cloth and paper carriers.Natural
bacteria test indicated that immersion of spinach and apples in water which was then treated
with introduction of ozone for 15 min killed more than 949% of the natural bacteria on their
surfaces. Introduction of ozone gernerated by the disinfector for 15 min into a 18 m3
unoccupied room could reduce the total air bacteria count by 8383%.
