摘要
优质的学习支持服务是解决开放教育学生工学矛盾,帮助学生顺利完成学业的关键。本研究试图通过对广州电大开放教育往届生数据的整理分析,查找开放教育往届生的基本特点及其学习困难因素,从而为提高开放教育往届生学习支持服务的针对性和有效性,帮助往届生克服学习困难,促进自主学习提供相关支持。
Excellent Learning Support Service(LSS) in open and distance education is crucial for students to resolve conflicts between their learning and career,and successfully complete their study.Based on data analyses of dormant students in Guangzhou Radio & TV university,this research attempts to identify their characteristics and difficulties,in order to enhance LSS and effectively help them overcome their obstacles in their self learning.
