脓毒症内皮细胞损伤和凝血功能障碍相关的生物标记物 被引量:24

摘要 脓毒症是宿主防御系统对入侵病原微生物产生的过度炎症反应。脓毒症的临床表现各不相同,疾病严重程度也受入侵的病原微生物、患者的遗传背景、共存疾病状态、临床干预时机和其他支持治疗手段的影响;同时发生急性器官功能障碍时被认为是重症感染;虽然经过充分的水化治疗,
