摘要
2010年中央新疆工作座谈会的召开对新疆实现跨越式发展和长治久安意义重大。会议强调指出"要把保障和改善民生放在优先发展的位置。住有所居是民生的基本要求,要加快城镇廉租住房建设和各类棚户区改造"。本文通过搜集大量资料,在回顾住房保障制度发展历程的基础上,分析了新疆2007年以来实施保障性住房建设的基本情况和主要特点,以及贯彻落实保障性住房政策中面临的主要问题,从而提出了加快新疆保障性住房的政策建议。
2010 is of great significance to achieve leapfrog development strategy and long-term stability in Xinjiang.The meeting stressed that protection and improvement of the livelihood of the people is on the priority position.And housing is a basic requirement of people＇s livelihood,it is necessary to speed up low-cost housing construction and various types of urban shantytowns.The paper,by collecting large amounts of data,visiting relevant departments to grasp the information,reviewing the housing security system in the development process,analyzed the status quo and main features of implementing security housing construction in Xinjiang since 2007,problems in its implementation,and put forward recommendations to speed up its development in Xinjiang.
