光子刀治疗肺腺癌后培美曲赛维持治疗1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料患者×××，女，58岁，因咳嗽、咳痰，痰中带血丝，伴胸闷1周于2009年1月11日于我院呼吸科就诊。影像学提示：右侧肺占位，伴有右侧胸腔大量积液；痰脱落细胞学检查发现癌细胞，细胞学检查为腺癌；临床分期为Ⅲb期。行胸腔穿刺放液术处理后，应患者家属要求出院。后就诊于他院行光子刀治疗，剂量为60Gy／30次，症状缓解，出院休息，未作其他治疗。
