西妥昔单抗治疗转移性结直肠癌疗效预测因子的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 西妥昔单抗是一种新型抗肿瘤药物,能够特异性阻断人表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR),已广泛用于转移性结直肠癌的治疗。然而,西妥昔单抗并非适用于所有转移性结直肠癌患者,错误的使用不仅会延误治疗,更给患者带来不必要的毒副反应。人们发现EGFR及其下游信号通路的变化与西妥昔单抗的疗效密切相关,已引起了医学界广泛的关注,寻找合理有效的疗效预测因子正成为目前研究的热点。
