摘要
目的研究尸眼晶状体、排空的囊袋及睫状突之间的解剖关系，作为晶状体解剖、调节理论的补充及人工晶状体植入手术的参考。方法测量并分析５３例９８眼的晶状体直径（ＬＤ）、睫状突间距（ＣＰ）、囊袋直径（ＣＢＤ）。结果排空的囊袋平均直径为１０．１５ｍｍ，明显大于晶状体平均直径９．５９ｍｍ，明显小于睫状突间距１０．７ｍｍ；清除晶状体内容物后，其赤道部与睫状突顶点距离由０．５５ｍｍ缩为０．２８ｍｍ。结论由于晶状体内容物排空，晶状体悬韧带拉力作用使晶状体囊袋较晶状体直径增大，但其赤道部不与睫状突相接触。
ObjectiveTostudytheanatomicalcorrelationsamonglens,evacuatedcapsularbagandciliaryprocessesincadavereyesinordertointegratethetheoryoflensanatomyandprovideareferencetointraocularlensimplantation.MethodsThelensdiameter(LD),thedistanceofciliaryprocesses(CP)andevacuatedcapsularbagdiameter(CBD)weremeasuredandanalyzed.ResultsThediameterofevacuatedandcollapsedlenswas10.15mm,largerthanLD(9.59mm)andsmallerthanCP(10.7mm).ThedistancebetweenthelensequatorandthetipofCPwas0.55mm.ThedistancebetweentheevacuatedbagandthetipofCPwas0.28mm.ConclusionTractionofzonulesmadeCBDlongerthanLDafterevacuationoflenssubstance,buttheequatoroflenscapsuledidnotcontactwithciliarybody.
