摘要
文章对富士康发展模式、管理理念、工作压力、跨文化冲突、劳资关系等方面存在的人力资源管理问题进行了深入分析,认为富士康要实现可持续发展,就必须改变目前单纯的出口导向型代工模式,提倡以人为本,采取文化融合和管理人员本土化策略有效管理文化冲突,从人力资源管理和压力管理相结合的角度有效管理员工压力问题,采取切实措施改善劳资关系。
This paper gives a deep analysis on the problems of human resources management related to the model of FOXCONN's development,managing ideas,working pressure,cross-culture conflicts,and labor-capital relationship.The paper believes that if it wants to achieve sustainable development,FOXCONN has to change its simple OEM model of export-orientation,advocates human-centered,takes the strategies of cultural melting and management staff localization to manage the cultural conflicts effectively,mitigates the pressure of employees from the perspectives of human resource management and pressure management,and improve the labor-capital relationship.
