摘要
随着我国民营经济的不断发展,中小企业已经成为我国经济布局中不可缺少的一部分。但是,由于竞争舞台的扩大,中小企业面临的挑战在不断增加,因而生存的危机也在不断增大。中外专家有着相同的观点,即企业发展到一定阶段,生存和发展的原动力已经遍及生产的各个环节。本文通过对中小企业物流管理现状的分析,探讨中小企业物流管理要从建立企业适合的物流管理信息系统、规范企业内部的管理程序和制度等方面入手来解决存在的问题。
With the continuous development of China＇s privately owned economy,medium and small enterprises have become an indispensable part of our country economic composition.However,due to the expansion of competitive stage,they are confronted with increasing challenges and the risks of their existence continuously increase as well.Economic experts at home and abroad share the same opinions that mean that the primary impetus of existence and development spread over each part of the production as enterprises grow up to some phase.Based on the analysis on the status of logistics management of medium and small scale enterprises,this paper explores that logistics management of medium and small scale enterprises should start with information system of logistics management suitable for the enterprises and regulate the management procedures and systems of internal enterprises to solve the present problems.
