摘要
为适应国际市场竞争的要求,我国企业必须从质和量两个方面来加快企业发展,从而对行业和企业的规模效益进行分析就显得尤为重要。本文运用C-D生产函数和CES生产函数构建行业规模效益检验模型,并结合数据包络分析方法,对2008年我国20个行业共计1083家上市公司进行了实证分析。结论表明:生产函数法和DEA方法的分析结果基本一致;20个行业存在规模效益递增、递减和趋势不明显等三种情况;汽车零配件行业大多数上市公司的规模效益是递增的。
In order to meet the competition in the international market, Chinese enterprises should develop in both the qualitative and quantitative aspects. Then it is very important to analyze the scale merit of enterprises. Two models are developed respectively based on the Cobb-Douglas production function and CES production function, and DEA method isalso used to test the scale merit of 1083 listed companies in China.. Comparative result proved that both the production function models and the DEA method are also effectual to analyse the scale merit of enterprises. Finally, motor accessory industry is selected as a ease, to deeply snalyse the cause, existed problems and solutions of scale merit.
