摘要
本文提出了一套外腔式He-Ne激光器的调整方法,研究了腔长变化对纵模的影响,进而发展出一种可以有效提高谱线单色性的技术。
This paper presents a set of external cavity He-Ne laser adjustment methods,including two ways of laser cavity alignment adjustment:the cross pinhole imaging,laser beam alignment adjustment and the optical axis coinciding with incident light of con-focal Fabry-Perot interferometer.The methods proposed are simple and feasible.In addition,based on the effect of cavity length changing on the longitudinal mode,we develop a technology of enhancing the monochromatic of spectrum.
