摘要
校企合作是高职院校养殖类专业发展的必由之路。国家示范(骨干)高职院校的实践证明,养殖类专业要更深入开展校企合作,学校、企业、政府都必须更新观念,必须创新办学模式、人才培养模式、产学研管理模式,必须整合学校与企业的人才资源、平台资源、无形资源,才能实现学校与企业互利双赢、深度融合,走出一条可持续发展的科学发展之路。
School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way-out for the sustainable development of breeding specialties in vocational colleges.The practice at the national demonstration（key）higher vocational schools shows that the sustainable scientific development and the win-win status of school-enterprise can be realized when the school-enterprise cooperation is implemented,the conceptions on the part of schools,enterprises and government are updated,the school operational modes,talents training patterns and teaching-research-production styles are innovated,and the personnel,platform and invisible resources are integrated.
