摘要
目的:研究卡介苗细胞壁骨架(BCGCWS)加白细胞介素2(IL2)膀胱灌注对肿瘤组织端粒酶活性的影响,从而探讨该治疗的作用机理。方法:采用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)分别检测20例膀胱肿瘤用药前后端粒酶活性的表达。结果:经分别测定端粒酶提取原液以及10倍、100倍稀释液中端粒酶活性的表达,表明用药后肿瘤组织中端粒酶的活性明显降低(P<001)。结论:BCGCWS联合IL2膀胱灌注能有效地抑制肿瘤细胞端粒酶的活性,提示该治疗的作用机理之一可能是肿瘤端粒酶活性的改变。
Objective: To explore the influence on telomerase activity of bladder cancers after the treatment
of intravesical instillation with cell wall skeleton of bacillus CalmettGuerin(BCGCWS) and
interleukin2(IL2). Methods: the telomerase activity of tissues of 20 cases of bladder cancers
before and after the treatments with BCGCWS and IL2 was detected by telomeric repeat
amplification protocol(TRAP) respectively. Results: The telomerase activity in bladder cancer
was obviously reduced after the treatment of intravesical instillatios with BCGCWS and IL2
Conclusions:the telomerase activity of bladder cancers can be inhibited effectively by the use
of intravesical instillatios with BCGCWS and IL2, and the telomerase maybe a very important
signal in the treatments of bladder cancers.
