Noise source identification and decomposition of air compressor based on near-field acoustic holography

摘要 近场声全息(NAH)是一种有效的噪声源分析工具,当噪声源声场由一些不相干或部分相干的声源叠加而成时,就必须利用声场分解技术将总的辐射声场分解成各个互不相干的子声场,然后再对每一个子声场进行NAH分析。利用NAH和基于偏相干的声场分解技术对CZ-20-C型空压机进行了噪声源识别定位和分解研究。试验结果表明:该方法可以较好地识别出空压机噪声源所在位置,并可计算出各个子声源在总声场中所占的贡献比大小,实现对主要噪声源的贡献定量化分析,为机械的减振降噪工作提供指导。 The near-field acoustic holography(NAH) is a powerful tool of analyzing noise source.When the field is composed of incoherent or partially coherent noise sources,the sound decomposition technique should be used to separate the total field into incoherent partial fields.Thus each partial field on the hologram plane can be reconstructed with NAH.The NAH and sound decomposition techniques were used to conduct the identification and decomposition of noise sources of CZ-20-C type air compressor.The experiment results show that source position of air compressor can be accurately located and the contribution of each partial field can be calculated and that a quantitative analysis can well be applied to main sources.
