介绍乙炔法生产氯丁橡胶过程中,副产物CH相余热锅炉的燃烧实验、工艺设计和安全措施,投用后工业运行表明每小时产生3t蒸汽,使吨氯丁橡胶蒸汽消耗下降1t。
Introduce the combustion experiment,the process design and safety measures of the heat recovery boiler for the byproduct CH phase from the process of making neoprene by acetylene method.Since going into operation,industrial performance has shown that 3 ton steam can be produced per hour and the steam consumption per ton neoprene can be reduced by 1ton.
