摘要
此处提出一种应用于单晶体管DC/DC变换器的无损缓冲电路,首先采用有无损缓冲电路的Boost变换器为例对缓冲电路的工作原理进行了详细的分析和研究,并在此基础上得到缓冲电路参数的选取原则。其次分析和比较了采用无损缓冲电路Boost变换器与传统Boost变换器的损耗,指出该无损缓冲电路减小了变换器的开关损耗,最后讨论了该无损缓冲电路的适用电路拓扑,得到该无损缓冲电路对于6种基本的单晶体管DC/DC变换器均适用的结论。该Boost变换器的仿真和实验波形证明了理论分析的正确性。
A lossless snubber circuit for single crystal DC/DC converters is introduced.First,the operation principle of the lossless snubber circuit is analyzed in detail by taking the Boost converters with lossless snubber circuit as an example and the principle about parameter selection is discussed based on the analysis above.Second,this paper analyzes and compares the loss of Boost converters with and without the lossless snubber circuit and points out that this lossless snubber circuit decreases the switching loss of converters.At last,this paper discusses the basic topology which is applicable for the lossless snubber circuit and demonstrates that the lossless snubber circuit can applie into 6 kinds of single crystal DC/DC converters.The simulation and equipment waveforms of the Boost converters prove the validity of the theoretical analysis for lossless snubber circuit.
