摘要
注入头是连续油管测井机的核心部分,其液压系统采用目前先进的电液集成控制技术,实现模块化、集成化设计,提高连续油管测井机的自动化水平。根据连续管测井机注入头的主要功能和技术要求以及连续管测井作业的工艺特点,液压系统方案中,设计满足负载特性要求的主驱动回路和辅助驱动回路。在此基础上,应用自动控制技术,实现连续管测井机工作过程的自动化。实验结果表明:连续管测井机注入头液压系统工作可靠,是一种理想的连续管注入头液压系统。
Injector is the main part of coiled tubing logging truck. Modular and integration design of its hydraulic system by the application of advanced electrohydraulic integrated control technique in the coiled tubing logging truck had increased the degree of automation. According to the principal functions and technical requirements of coiled tubing logging truck's injector, and the technics characters of continuous logging task, in the project of hydraulic system, the main loop and auxiliary driven loop which met the load requirements of the system were designed. On this basis, the work process of coiled tubing logging truck was automated by application of the automation control technology. The experimental results show that the hydraulic system of coiled tubing logging truck's injector is reliable which is an ideal hydraulic system.
