分析大连市集成电路产业发展现状和前景,并对产业发展进行了SWOT分析,在此基础上提出大连市集成电路产业发展的战略及举措:空间布局举措;金融环境举措;人力资源举措;综合环境举措;政策法规举措,以促进大连市集成电路产业跨越发展,建成世界级集成电路产业基地。
The essay analyzes the development status and prospects of integrated circuit industry in Dalian.Further,it analyzes SWOT method on the development of industry.Based on this research,it puts forward the strategies and measures of integrated circuit industry.There are five measures as follows： spatial layout measure,finance environmental measure,human resources measure,integrated environmental measure and policies and regulations measure.They are important to promote the jump development of the integrated circuit industry and to build the world-class integrated circuit industry base.
