摘要
雷击是人类不可抗拒的自然现象,有效地避免或减少因雷击造成高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)的非计划停堆,才能提高反应堆的安全性。本文提出了使用延时的方法躲过雷击的主放电时间的改进方案,并以增加外电源频率作为外电失电的判据,同时利用外电源的电压和频率共同监督外电源供电品质,从而提高了HFETR运行的连续性和安全性。
The improvement scheme of protection system of loss of off site power for High Flux Engineering Test Reactor (HFETR) is conducted,and the time lapse method is proposed to avoid the main discharge time of lightning.The frequency of off site power is used for criterions of loss of off site power,and the quality of power supply is monitored by both of its voltage and frequency.The safety and continuity of HFETR are enhanced.
