介绍了一个基于ECLinPS电路产生高精度程控延时脉冲信号的VME插件,该插件将用于BELLE物理实验DAQ系统中的精确时序调整。产生分辨率为10ns的时序控制信号。
This paper introduces a VME module which can generate
programmable high precision delayed signal based on ECL in PS chips. The module will be used
in DAQ system of BELLE experiment for precisse timing adjustment. The resolution of the timing
signal is 10 ns, and it's standard deviation of time jitters is less than 100 ps.
