摘要
智能建筑在中国已有近20年的发展史,通过对中国智能建筑发展动态的关注、研究、分析和追溯,大致的将我国智能建筑行业的发展分为4个时期:智能大厦时期、智能小区(数字社区)时期、智能建筑物业管理时期和智能建筑咨询产业时期。作为一种以信息处理为基础的多专业综合的智能建筑技术,其发展的进程尚有许多亟待解决的问题。
