摘要
建立了测定罐头食品中锡的氢化物一无色散原子荧光光谱法。此方法检出限为0.023mg/kg,相对标准偏差RSD为4.8%,标准曲线相关系数大于0.9990,曲线线性范围为0~200ng/ml,回收率为87.5%~108%。
The method of determination of Sn in canned food by HG-AFS,The Sample was treated with 4+1 of HNO3+HCLO4 and H2SO4.The reducing agent was 10g/L of KBH4 and it was determired in 0.72mol/L H2SO4 The lowest determination limit was 0.023mg/kg.The curve range was 0~200ng/ml .The correlation coefficient was more than 0.9992,The advantages of this method compared with the method of GB/T5009. 16-1996 were:short of interference factors high sensitivity.Low determination limit and high accuracy.The recovery was 87.5%~108.2%.The result of test accuracy with standard method GB/T50009. 16-1996 was very good .The method was good for determination of trace Sn.
