摘要
为了准确判断卷烟的包灰性能,模拟设计20孔道直线式吸烟机设备抽吸卷烟,用数码相机拍摄,评价卷烟的包灰图像。结果显示:①卷烟纸透气度从40 CU增加至70 CU,定量从28 g/m2增加至34 g/m2,凝灰剂含量从0增加至0.3%,柠檬酸盐助燃剂含量从1.7%减少至1.0%,卷烟燃烧后的灰分包灰变紧,卷烟纸的包灰能力增强;②在不严重影响卷烟内在质量的情况下,为改善卷烟包灰,可适当增加卷烟中再造烟叶的掺兑量;③利用25 mm长的普通醋酸纤维滤嘴卷制的烟支,当单支重量控制在0.89~0.93 g/支之间时,卷烟包灰较好。
In order to accurately evaluate the property of ash integration of burning cigarette, a 20-channel linear smoking machine was designed and the images of ash left on burning cigarettes were taken by a digital camera. The results showed that: 1 ) when cigarette paper's air permeability, grammage and the content of ash aggregation reagent increased from 40CU to 70CU, 28 to 34 g/m2, and 0 to O. 3% , respectively, the content of citrate combustion improver decreased from 1.7% to 1.0% , the ash aggregated more tightly; 2) to improve the integration of ash, it was applicable to include more reconstituted tobacco in cigarette, if cigarette quality was not obviously affected; 3) when the individual weight of cigarette with a cellulose acetate filter 25mm in length was in the range of O. 89-0.93g/cig, the ash was better aggregated.
