摘要
探讨中医药配合造血干细胞移植治疗血液病的原则和方法。认为在促进造血干细胞归巢、防治移植后急慢性移植物抗宿主病等环节方面充分发挥中医药的减毒增效作用,对于避免移植失败、防治移植物抗宿主病、降低移植相关死亡率具有重要意义。
The paper researches the therapeutic principles and methods in the treatment of hematonosis by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with Chinese medicine at different stages.It is held that Chinese medicine has the therapeutic effect on hematopoietic stem cell homing,preventing and treating graft versus host disease by increasing efficacy and decreasing toxicity of drugs,which is of great significance in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,prevention and treatment of the graft versus host disease and diminishment of death rate.
