摘要
研制高准确度的多元标准气混合物(Reference Gas Mixture,RGM)是实施天然气能量计量的一项重要配套技术。为此,根据国家标准GB/T 5274—2008"气体分析校准用混合气体的制备称量法"和GB/T 15000.4"标准样品工作导则"的规定,讨论了制备天然气分析用高准确度多元标准气混合物的相关问题:天平的准确度、起始组分的纯度分析、RGM的验证和RGM的定值问题。并参考国外标准提出了多元RGM不确定度评估中的2个重要观点:①多元RGM所标识的总不确定度不仅包括制备过程中可能产生的不确定度,还应包括验证、定值、运输和储存等过程中产生的所有不确定度;②在含有高浓度甲烷的多元RGM中,甲烷组分不能使用平衡值概念,否则会失去不确定度评估的意义。
The research and preparation of the multi-component reference gas mixture(RGM) is one of the most important matching technologies for natural gas energy measurement.In view of this,based on GB/T5274-2008 Gas Analysis-Preparation of Calibration Gas Mixtures-Weighing Method and GB/T15000.4 Directives for Standard Samples,the related issues are discussed on the preparation of such multi-component RGM with a high accuracy for natural gas analysis,including the precision of the scale,purity analysis of the initial components,the RGM verification and certification.Taking some related international standards as reference,this paper presents two points of views on the uncertainty estimation of the multi-component RGM.One is that the total uncertainty identified in the multi-component RGM includes not only the uncertainty in the preparation process but all possible uncertainties in the process of verification,certification,transportation,and storage,etc..The other one is that in such multi-component RGM with a high content of methane,the concept of equilibrium should not be used for the component of methane or the uncertainty evaluation will be valueless.
