摘要
综合资源基础与制度基础观点,构建了一个制度压力、合法性选择与民营企业发展的关系模型:在复杂动态的制度环境之中,民营企业的发展依赖于适当的合法性选择,从而有效地获取合法性与资源资本。最后,以广东温氏为例,对该理论模型作了进一步阐述和说明。
Based on the resource-based and institution-based view,a model of the relationship among institutional pressure,legitimacy choice and the development of private firms is developed.In the complicated and dynamic institutional environment,the development of private firms depends on legitimacy choice,which has a positive effect on legitimacy and resource capital.At last,more details about the theoretical model are introduced based on the case study of WENS in Guangdong.
