摘要
对甜菜种子表面灭菌，用酒精、NaClO、HgCl2的组合灭菌效果较好，而种子的污染率还与种子的基因型和倍数性等因素有关。
Using the combination of ethonal, NaClO and HgCl2 is better for sugarbeet seeds surface steriliza tion. And, the contamination the of the seeds is relative to sugarbeet genotype and ploidy and other fac tors.
