摘要
目的比较两种活检针在经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺的应用价值。方法 94例患者行超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检,分别使用手动活检针及全自动活检针,记录其穿刺针数,患者耐受程度及并发症。结果采用全自动穿刺针活检组,在增加穿刺针数情况下,患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)较手动穿刺活检组明显降低,耐受力明显提高,并未明显增加患者感染、血尿、尿潴留等并发症。结论使用全自动活检针可以减少患者痛苦,提高患者依从性,增加穿刺针数以避免漏诊。
Objective To compare the valuation of two kinds of prostate biopsy system＇s application in transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy.Method Ninety-four patients underwent prostate biopsy.They were 2 groups（manual and automatic）.The corenumber,tderance,complications were recorded.Results The automatic group was superior than manual,while the VAS score was less,patients＇tolerance improve,and the complication was similar between two groups.Conclusions The prostate biopsy is a gold standard in test of the prostate hyperplasia,the application of automatic system can improve the patients＇tolerance and positive rate.
