摘要
目的 了解NorplantⅠ型和NorplantⅡ型皮下埋植剂对宫体大小和卵巢排卵的影响。方法 对 1 6 0例Norplant皮埋者的子宫、卵巢进行超声观察和临床研究。结果 NorplantⅠ型和NorplantⅡ型皮下埋植剂不会增大子宫、不会增加子宫肌瘤的发生率、抑制卵巢排卵达 99.2 8%。 36个月避孕率 1 0 0 % ,5 4个月避孕率 98.75 %。结论 超声观察简便易行 ,诊断可靠 ,是最好的监测手段。
Objective To understand the influence of Norplant TypeⅠ contraceptives and Norplant Type Ⅱ contraceptives to size of uterus and ovulation of ovary. Method This paper presents the ultrasonography and clinical research results of 160 contraceptive implants to uterus and ovary. Result The results indicated that Norplant TypeⅠand Norplant TypeⅡ contraceptives neither enlarged uterus nor added to the incidence, rate of uterineleimyoma while restrain 99.28% ovulation rate. Accumlated contraceptive rate reached 100% during 36 months and 98.75% during 54 months respectively. Conclusion Sonography is simple, easy and reliable for diagnosis, and the best way to monitor as well.
