摘要
细胞红蛋白(CYGB)是新近发现存在于脊椎动物中的第4种携氧球蛋白,生理状态下主要以单体形式存在,拥有经典的"three-over-three"α螺旋三明治折叠结构。CYGB在人体各组织及各发育阶段均有广泛表达,定位于细胞浆或细胞核中。CYGB在缺氧下表达明显增强表明其表达受缺氧诱导。CYGB的表达与肿瘤疾病也有着密切的关系。
Cytoglobin is the fourth discovered member of the vertebrate globin family,which is in the form of monoploid physiologically and displays a classical "globin-fold" three-over-three α-helical sandwich structure.Cytoglobin is expressed in many different tissues at different stages and mainly exists in cytoplasm or nucleolus.Cytoglobin is strongly Up-regulated by hypoxia which suggests its expression is induced by hypoxia.Cytoglobin also has a close relationship with tumor.
