金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子与肿瘤侵袭转移 被引量:3

摘要 侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤的重要特征,是肿瘤细胞、宿主细胞及细胞外基质之间一系列复杂、多步骤相互作用的结果。首先,具有转移潜能的肿瘤细胞从肿瘤母体脱离,通过释放蛋白水解酶降解细胞外基质和基底膜,侵犯到周围组织中。进入血管或淋巴管,并随循环到达远处。然后,穿出管壁再次进入组织中,继续增殖形成转移灶。在这一过程中,包含着多次细胞外基质及基底膜的降解。已经证明,肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的能力与其产生或诱导产生降解细胞外基质的蛋白酶的能力密切相关。基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)
