摘要
在高应力环境下,深部巷道围岩呈现出很大的流变性,因此,深部煤巷支护问题变得越来越困难,淮南望峰岗矿5121B10工作面回风巷支护就面临这一难题。为此,文章就5121B10煤层回风巷进行耦合支护参数设计,针对巷道关键部位进行加强支护,以减少巷道局部的有害变形。实践表明:从巷道深部不同基点的位移来看,锚网索带联合支护巷道能够适应软岩的大变形,维护巷道稳定,为无煤柱留巷成功创造条件。
Under the high stress environment,the surrounding rock of the mine roadway in deep mine would have a high rheology.Thus the support issue of the seam gateway in the deep mine would be getting more difficult.The support of the air income gateway in No.512B10 coal mining face in Huainan Wangfenggang Mine was facing the support difficulty.Thus a design on the coupling support parameters was conducted for the air income gateway of No.512B10 coal mining face.The reinforced support was made at the key location of the mine gateway in order to reduce the local dangerous deformation of the gateway.The practices showed that from the view of the displacement at the different base pint in the deep mine,the gateway with the bolt/steel mesh/anchor/band combined support could be suitable for the large deformation of the soft rock,could maintain the gateway stability and create the successful conditions of the pillarless gateway.
