摘要
为了研究孤岛工作面的矿压显现特征,以解决屯兰矿边角煤、煤柱等回采问题,提高矿区的资源回收率,在该矿12305孤岛工作面进行现场矿压观测研究,结合计算机数值模拟分析,得出了孤岛工作面的压力值增加、周期来压步距增大、工作面分段来压、超前支承压力峰值增加,峰值点前移,影响范围增加、侧向支承压力应力集中系数增大,影响范围增大等结论。在巷道支护中采取相应措施,顺利完成回采,并取得良好的效果,为今后该矿以及其它矿井类似条件下工作面的回采提供宝贵经验。
In order to study the mine pressure behavior features of the coal mining face in seam island,to solve the mining problems of the corner seam,coal pillars and other area in Tunlan Mine and to improve the resource recovery rate of the mining area,a study on the site mine pressure behavior observation and measurement was conducted in No.12305 coal mining face in seam island.In combination with the analysis on the computer numerical simulation,the pressure value of the seam island mining face increased,the periodical pressurized distance increased,sectional pressurization of the coal mining face,advanced support pressure peak increased,peak point forward;influence scope enhanced,side support pressure stress concentrated coefficient increased,influence scope increased and other conclusion were obtained.The related measures were made for the gateway support with good results and to ensure the successful mining completed.The valuable experiences were provided for the mine and for the mining of the coal mining face under the similar mine conditions.
