Research on Modern Enterprise Internal Information Voluntary Adoption

摘要 在信息化背景下,企业内部信息主动采纳是考察信息技术和信息系统(IT/IS)在企业组织内扩散并获得主观采纳的动态过程。本文从关注组织内人的主观心理行为出发,分析已有研究,探索得出个体主动采纳的心理感知要素——自我效能(SE),以及组织内主动采纳的重要外推力——组织支持(OS)。自我效能是主动采纳的个体内源力,组织支持是信息主动采纳过程中的双促进因素,组织支持创造的支持型组织氛围,通过作用于人的主观心理会促进自我效能的提高,并间接促进主动采纳目标的实现。由此,横向建立起内外力整合作用的企业内部信息主动采纳运行关系,同时结合纵向的组织层次结构,按照时序性过程纵横推进,并通过系统自身循环反馈透析主动采纳过程中决策目标的分化—整合,动态完整地揭示企业内部信息主动采纳的运行机理。 Information background,enterprise internal information voluntary adoption is to study the IT/IS diffusion within the organization and be adopted in the dynamic process.From a focus on the subjective psychology and behavior,also based on analysis of existing research,this paper explores the subjective mental element of individual voluntary adoption,self-efficacy(SE),and organization internal important pull,organizational support(OS).Self-efficacy is an internal source for the individual,and organizational support is a double-stimulus in voluntary adoption process.Organizational support,the creation of supportive organizational climate,by acting on the person's subjective mental will promote self-efficacy and,indirectly,to promote actively the information voluntary adoption goals.For horizontal aspect,this paper thus establishes operational relationship under the integration role of internal and external forces and,combination with vertical organization hierarchy,promotes vertical and horizontal as the timing process.After through the system feedback and circulation,this paper dialyzes differentiation——integration of the adoption decision process,and finally,dynamic and completely reveals mechanism of enterprise internal information voluntary adoption.
