摘要
副蛋白血症肾损害是指单克隆免疫球蛋白在肾脏沉积引起的肾脏损害,包括多种疾病,其中,轻链型淀粉样变性病、管型肾病和轻链沉积病较为常见。文章简要介绍这三种疾病发病的新认识,着重介绍其诊断治疗的基本观点和新进展。
Summary：Paraproteinemic kidney injury includes series of kidney diseases caused by monoclonal globulin deposit in the kidney. Among which the most common diseases are amyloidosis （ AL type ）, cast nephropathy and light chain deposit disease. This review gives a brief introduction on the new insight of pathogenesis of the above mentioned 3 diseases,with emphasis on the basic concepts and advances in their diagnosis and treatment.
