摘要
药物可引起多种类型的肾损害。过敏反应可导致肾间质和小管损害,导致急性间质性肾炎。药物对肾小管的直接毒性作用可导致急性肾小管坏死。有些药物可引起肾灌注不足和肾前性氮质血症。免疫反应导致的肾小球病变或血管损害也有少量报道,并有增多趋势。
Sununary：Drugs may induce various types of kidney injuries. Acute interstitial nephritis can occur after drug-induced allergic reactions which promoting interstitial inflammation and tubular damage. Acute tubular necro- sis can be caused by direct drug toxicity on the tubular epithelia. Some drugs can cause low renal perfusion and prerenal azotemia. Inereasing evidences are showing that glomerular disease or vascular lesions can be caused by immunological reaction.
