摘要
2007年起肇端于美国的国际金融危机,因为房地产与金融两部门相互恶化而发生,因此,当下有必要对作为两部门重要联系纽带的REITs很容易被隐性化的系统性风险的转化机制进行识别。在此基础上,由于中国内地的REITs试点工作也已站在相当迫近的时间窗口前,故而结合中国市场特征而锁定的REITs系统性风险防预警信号系为本文落脚所在。
It's clearly this round of global financial crisis was closely correlated to the deterioration of real estate and financial market. Therefore, it's more important to identify the transform mechanism of systemic risk of real estate investment trust which is the major vehicle linking real estate and financial market. And based on that, because of the time window for setting up experimental real estate investment trust market in China's Mainland is quickly approaching, the main focus of this article is on the precursors based on the characteristics of China's financial market.
