摘要
信息技术、生物技术和化学技术、新材料技术发展到一定程度,人类将由信息经济时代进入生物经济时代。生物技术的核心技术是基因工程技术。生物技术将首先在农业和医药产业领域得到广泛应用。然而,从转基因水稻到转基因玉米和麻疹疫苗风波显示了大众对转基因研究和推广应用的担忧。在经济利益诱导下,科学界的舆论可能使得上层难以分辨科学的真伪。应当高度关注西方国家以和平方式推进的"基因战争"。基因工程研究仍然应当得到强力的支持。但是,在应用方面必须慎之再慎。
As information technology, biotechnology and chemical technology, new material technology developed to a certain extent, human society will enter the bio -economy. Biotechnology＇s core technology is genetic engineering. Biotechnology will be the first in the field of agriculture and the pharmaceutical industry has been widely used. However, the debates about GM flee, GM maize and measles vaccine, have shown masses＇worry that GM is studied and popularized and applied. Under the circumstances that the economic benefits are led, the public opinion of scientific circles may make the government difficult to distinguish the scientific true and false. Western countries should be highly concerned about a peaceful manner to promote the ＂gene war. ＂ Genetic engineering should continue to be strong support. However, applications must be careful, be careful.
